Pink Moon Retreat

JOIN US FOR A DAY OF HEALING

The full moon in March has many different names due to its signifying changing from winter to spring. It’s Time to Set Yourself Free from the Restraints of Winter and Swim to the Moon.

Winter Retreating – the Beginning of Springtime!

Use this extra Full Moon energy to make the necessary changes in your life. The Native American full moon names for March are largely based on these being considered the last full moons of winter; the crow caws its farewell to the season. The more northern tribes knew this Moon as the Full Crow Moon, when the cawing of crows signaled the end of winter .In Native American Medicine the Crow represents: Justice, shape shifting, change, creativity, spiritual strength, energy, community sharing, and balance. So let’s remember the gifts that this period brings and trust that this is a good time of reflection and revising your journey in life. In the grand flow of life, these inward moving energies are conducive for fine tuning and helping to bring greater clarity, awareness, and focus.

OUR GUIDES

Leia Layus: Yin Yang Flow

“We are the seasons. We are the Elements. Nature is without and within us, each of us every moment. We are a replica of the universe passing from season to season in a natural unending cycle of life.”  Dianne M. Connelly

Elemental Yoga connects us with nature and the seasons within ourselves. We will meditate on the Sky and Ocean to draw this into our moving meditation. As we cycle through Winter, we will replenish ourselves by moving inward in our mind and move gently as we bring life back into our body.

By blending gentle flow, satya yoga, and aligning

our subtle-body to the cyclical nature of the earth

and elements- we allow ourselves to be

unveiled and to remember our essence, our being,

our soft power.  Awakening to the sweetness of our senses through aromatherapy, meditation, poetry and movement.

Choose a way in- each path leads to the state of yoga.

Tea Medecine: Christina Jade

Jade is a certified Meditation Instructor, Health Coach and Tea Curator. Since 2010, she has been traveling the world to explore and share the wisdom and medicine of the plant Camellia sinensis, a sacred tree and spirit teacher that has inspired the Taoists for health and meditation. She has founded the project WAOTEA in 2016, to shed light on the importance of rituals. Her practice is about creating space to celebrate life, to honor inward presence and the intimate connection that we all share with Nature. With heart and earth infused medicine, she hosts ceremonial tea meditations with the intention to soothe minds, bodies and souls, through the art of cultivating stillness and mindful presence sipping cups of the tea leaves that she has consciously selected and curated in vibrant tea plantations of Asia. Reiki + Sound Healing: Lindsey Kraten

Singing and playing music have always been a huge part of Lindsey's life, ever since youth. During her travels in India, she realized the incredibly profound healing power of sound vibration. Here 5 week teacher training course involved daily chanting of mantras in Sanskrit. She felt a very profound shift in her connection to her own voice, encountering a deep sense of liberation through singing sacred mantra. Lindsey completed her Music, Voice and Sound Healing certification under the instruction of Silvia Nakkach at the California Institute of Integrative Studies in San Francisco in 2016. Since then, her private and public sound healing offerings have began to evolve into something very beautiful and profound. Lindsey has a beautiful collection of sacred instruments including crystal singing bowls, shruti box, tuning forks, hand drum, gong, percussive instruments, koshi chimes, and her voice.

Lindsey's most recent exploration has been with Reiki energy healing. Her first encounter with Reiki was with her mother whom began giving her private healing sessions to help alleviate stress. After personally experiencing the profound effects Reiki had on her, she realized this was something she knew she wanted to offer her community. She completed her Reiki 1, 2, 3 and Master attunement with Alan Waugh of Spirit Wisdom Healing, a Shamanic Reiki healer and spiritual guide from the UK. Since then, she has began offering unique private healing sessions where she combines Reiki and sound healing elements.

Wolf Moon Retreat

JOIN US FOR A DAY OF HEALING & HOWLING

Amid the cold and deep snows of midwinter, We find Januarys full moon called the Wolf Moon. During the denning season in spring and early summer, wolves only howl to pack mates. As the late summer moves towards fall, wolves call more and more to neighbors and enemies. While an average howl from a single wolf lasts from 3 to 7 seconds, a chorus by a pack can last from 30 to 120 seconds and longer during the breeding season in February. So wolves are particularly loud and vocal in the first months of the year, which is probably why people associated the month of January with howling wolves.

Sound Healing: Rachael Rossitto

Awakening & Empowering the Feminine Spirit

through ancient wisdom, daily sacred rituals and embodiment practices.

With 10+ years of experience, I guide women into their heart of their innate wisdom where they cultivate their unique medicine so that they can heal + empower themselves and others. Often the demands of life are so overwhelming they leave us feeling depleted, dried up and like we have nothing left to give – not even to ourselves.

Through sacred feminine life design programs and immersions, I support women to return into natural, embodied state of ease and flow so they can give their gifts. http://instagram.com/rachelrossitto
